Sponge genome decontamination workflow data tables

This repository contains the decontaminated versions of 30 sponge genome assembies analysed in the study "Hidden Contaminants in Sponge Genomes: Large-Scale Decontamination of 30 Public Assemblies" (Bodulić and Vlahoviček, 2026). Both FASTA files and md5 checksums are provided. The FASTA files include non-contaminant scaffolds longer than 1 kb. This repository also contains stand-alone data tables which represent the results of sponge genome decontamination workflow.
