Morphological reconstruction of the direct-pathway striatal projection neuron expressing D1 dopamine receptor

Digital 3D reconstruction of the neuron morphology publicly available at NeuroMorpho.Org is further corrected to assure uniform and standardized representation in computer simulations. In particular, the neurites cut at the slice border are repaired using intact branches inside the slice. Local axon collaterals are added using other cell's reconstruction.
