Thermal process simulation of scanwise processing of a 1.2mm by 1.2mm by 0.24mm, set upon an additional substrate block. The part and substrate block are resolved into a mesh of cubic elements 0.01mm per side. The scan strategy uses 1mm scan vectors starting at the bottom-left corner of the part, inset from the edges by 0.2mm, and uses alternating scan directions with each subsequent scan track. The tracks are spaced 100 microns apart and starting oriented in the positive X axis, rotating 67 degrees clockwise on each subsequent layer. Uses temperature-dependent material properties of 316L Stainless Steel including conduction, and build-surface convection @ 50 W/m^2*K. VTU time series files are readable by ParaView and PyVista libraries. Nodal thermal results are stored in the "RESULT0" data descriptor.

针对置于附加基板块上的1.2mm×1.2mm×0.24mm工件开展逐扫描路径加工的热过程仿真。工件与基板块均被离散为边长0.01mm的立方体单元网格。本次扫描策略采用1mm长的扫描矢量,起始于工件左下角,且从工件边缘向内缩进0.2mm;每一条后续扫描轨迹均采用交替的扫描方向。扫描轨迹间距为100微米,初始扫描方向沿X轴正方向,每一层加工完成后,下一层的扫描方向顺时针旋转67度。仿真采用316L不锈钢(316L Stainless Steel)的温度相关材料属性,包含热传导与成形表面对流换热,换热系数为50 W/(m²·K)。VTU格式时序文件可通过ParaView与PyVista库读取。节点热分析结果存储于"RESULT0"数据标识符中。
