This dataset primarily includes relevant data and atlases related to urban construction and development of the Lhasa Urban Circle and Xining Urban Agglomeration, covering indicators such as total population, gross domestic product (GDP), industrial spatial layout, land GDP intensity, land use, industrial wastewater discharge, sulfur dioxide emissions, environmental regulation, and others. Specifically, the Lhasa Urban Circle serves as the core area of the "Five-City Three-Hour Economic Circle" in the Tibet Autonomous Region, encompassing the main administrative regions including Lhasa City and Shannan City. The Xining Urban Circle is an important component of the Lanzhou-Xining Urban Agglomeration, covering the main administrative regions including Xining City and Haidong City. The data related to urban construction and development capture key developmental indicators of the aforementioned urban circles and agglomerations over the past decade or more, and characterize the status of their urban construction and development.
