scRNA-seq of LPS-stimulated mouse peritoneal cells. Mus musculus strain:C57/BL6J

Peritoneal immune cells were collected from 12-week-old male C57BL/6J mice. After incubation for overnight, the cells were exposed to 100 ng/ml of LPS for 4 hours and then collected with cell scrapers. The single cells were captured captured with the Chromium System. This study aimed to analyze the immune responses to LPS in mouse peritoneal immune cells.
