农村路智慧工区以提升公路日常养护作业效率为重点，完善养护工区的养护机械设备配置标准，加快推进公路养护机械设备成套化、智能化、绿色化，重点配置日常养护、应急处置、巡查车辆、清扫保洁车辆等，打造包括基础信息、人员机械材料、日常作业、特情应急、监管考核、对外联动等方面的数据处理平台。

The Smart Work Zone for Rural Roads takes improving the efficiency of daily highway maintenance operations as its core objective. It aims to optimize the configuration standards for maintenance machinery and equipment within highway maintenance work zones, accelerate the development of fully integrated, intelligent and green highway maintenance machinery and equipment systems, and prioritize equipping vehicles for daily maintenance, emergency disposal, patrol and cleaning services. Moreover, it will build a data processing platform covering basic information, personnel, machinery and materials, daily operations, special emergency response, supervision and assessment, external coordination and other related aspects.
