This dataset includes high-throughput sequencing data of bile microRNAs (miRNAs) and mRNAs from patients with advanced perihilar cholangiocarcinoma (pCCA) treated with hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) using oxaliplatin (OXA) and 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu). The study aimed to identify miRNAs associated with chemotherapy resistance in pCCA patients. Bile samples were collected from patients with varying survival outcomes, and sequencing data were used to identify differentially expressed miRNAs and mRNAs. Key miRNAs, such as miR-532-3p, miR-1250-5p, and miR-4772-5p, were found to correlate with patient survival, and miR-532-3p was shown to promote chemotherapy resistance through negative regulation of SPARC. This dataset may help in further understanding the molecular mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance and identifying potential biomarkers or therapeutic targets for pCCA.
