资源简介：
针对消色差光场偏折设计中阵列尺寸受限、偏振对比度低等问题，提出了一种色散调控路径与相位调控路径正交化的极角消色差偏折器件，记录了包含单元相位分布、光场分布、偏折角度、透射率和效率等仿真数据，数据量2215KB。
To address the challenges including limited array size and low polarization contrast in the design of achromatic optical field deflection devices, a polar-angle achromatic optical deflection device with orthogonalized dispersion regulation and phase regulation paths is proposed. This dataset records various simulation data such as unit phase distribution, optical field distribution, deflection angle, transmittance and efficiency, with a total data volume of 2215 KB.
