Population viability assessment of native fish species in the Pacific Northwest accounting for instream conditions of water temperature and streamflow permanence

This data release contains geospatial representations of population viability analysis (PVA) of 23 species of Pacific Northwest non-salmonid fishes. The analysis evaluated long term species persistence (~100 years) based on species distribution models that combined 1) modeled climate, 2) instream conditions, and 3) presence/absence fish data based on species needs and current climate/instream conditions.

本数据集发布包含太平洋西北地区23种非鲑科鱼类的种群生存力分析（Population Viability Analysis, PVA）地理空间表征数据。本次分析基于整合了三类输入要素的物种分布模型，对上述物种长达约100年的长期存续能力进行了评估：1）模拟气候数据；2）河道内生境条件；3）依据物种生存需求及当前气候、河道内现状确定的鱼类出现/缺失观测数据。
