The composting was performed in fermenter at Pu Jiang valley experimental base of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in shanghai city, china . a total of 6 Samples were collected from the compost at day 1, 12, 36 in both treatment and control. before sampling, the material was thoroughly mixed through automatic rotation of fermenter tank.

本堆肥实验于中国上海市上海交通大学浦江谷实验基地的发酵罐内开展。实验分别在处理组与对照组的堆肥体系中，于第1、12、36天采集样本，共计6份。采样前，通过发酵罐的自动旋转搅拌功能对堆肥物料进行充分混匀。
