Gene expression profile at single cell level of lung tissue in VeNx and SuHx rats

We performed single-cell RNA sequencing of lung tissue obtained from sugen-5416 and hypoxia (SuHx) rats and the control rats exposed to vehicle and normoxia (VeNx) to identify the heterogeneity of cells of interest. 3 SuHx (3 weeks of SuHx and 3 weeks of normoxia) and 2 VeNx lung samples were obtained.

本研究对经sugen-5416联合低氧（SuHx）处理的大鼠以及给予赋形剂并处于常氧（VeNx）的对照大鼠的肺部组织开展单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing），以鉴定目标细胞的异质性。共采集获得3个SuHx组肺部样本（该组大鼠先接受3周SuHx处理，随后恢复3周常氧）与2个VeNx组肺部样本。
