Human renal cell carcinomas (RCC) have differential expression of HIF-1alpha and HIF-2alpha, depending on VHL genotype and other events. Here, we have divided a series of RCC samples based on HIF-alpha expression, in order to examine levels of genomic DNA aberration. Keywords: Patient Sample Study Overall design: A total of 57 frozen RCC samples were stained for HIF-1alpha and HIF-2alpha, and genotyped for VHL. 10 VHL-deficient/HIF-1alpha+/HIF-2alpha+ and 11 VHL-deficient/HIF-2alpha+ tumors were selected for array CGH.

人类肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma, RCC)中缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α, HIF-1α)与缺氧诱导因子-2α(hypoxia-inducible factor-2α, HIF-2α)的表达差异取决于希佩尔-林道基因(von Hippel-Lindau gene, VHL)的基因型及其他事件。 本研究基于缺氧诱导因子-α的表达水平对一系列肾细胞癌样本进行分组,以探究基因组DNA畸变水平。 关键词:患者样本研究 整体实验设计:本研究共收集57份冰冻肾细胞癌样本,对其进行缺氧诱导因子-1α与缺氧诱导因子-2α染色,并对VHL基因进行基因分型。最终选取10例VHL缺陷型/HIF-1α阳性/HIF-2α阳性肿瘤样本与11例VHL缺陷型/HIF-2α阳性肿瘤样本进行阵列比较基因组杂交(array comparative genomic hybridization, array CGH)检测。
