国家天文台整编的嫦娥一号微波辐射计03级数据。该数据是搭载在嫦娥一号卫星上的微波辐射计在约200公里轨道高度上获取的四通道微波辐射观测数据，03级的微波辐射计数据为高级亮温数据产品。数据采用PDS 3（Planetary Data System）格式，包含数据标签（数据的描述信息）和数据实体两部分。
This is the Level 03 data of the Chang'e-1 microwave radiometer, compiled by the National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The dataset includes four-channel microwave radiation observation data collected by the microwave radiometer aboard the Chang'e-1 satellite at an orbital altitude of approximately 200 kilometers. The Level 03 microwave radiometer data is a high-level brightness temperature data product. Stored in the PDS 3 (Planetary Data System) format, the dataset contains two components: the data label (descriptive information of the dataset) and the data entity.
