本数据集面向大型隔震结构抗震性能研究与重大工程安全评估需求建设,以北京新机场隔震航站楼为对象,采用混合试验技术对其中1个隔震支座进行试验。基于广州大学工程抗震研究中心万吨压剪机实验平台,通过水平双向多自由度离线迭代混合试验系统产生。数据集完整记录了直径800mm天然橡胶支座在3条地震动工况下的试验过程,包含位移时程、恢复力响应、频域误差指标及滞回曲线等核心观测值。试验采用创新的频域迭代修正算法,将数值子结构(大兴机场航站楼模型)与试验子结构(隔震支座)通过LabView控制系统进行协同加载。为保障试验精度,特别采用五倍慢速位移控制策略,并通过三次迭代计算使子结构间位移频域误差收敛至2.5%以内。本数据集的价值在于首次实现了大直径隔震支座在双向耦合荷载作用下的高精度混合试验,为隔震支座本构模型验证、数字孪生技术开发及新型隔震结构设计提供了不可多得的实验基准。数据集包含原始试验采集数据与迭代修正数据双重版本,总数据量约110.92MB,涵盖时域、频域双重验证指标。
This dataset is constructed for the research on seismic performance of large-scale isolated structures and safety evaluation of key engineering projects. Targeting the isolated terminal building of Beijing Daxing International Airport, it conducts tests on one seismic isolation bearing via hybrid testing technology. The dataset is generated using the horizontal bidirectional multi-degree-of-freedom offline iterative hybrid testing system, based on the 10,000-ton compression-shear test platform of the Earthquake Engineering Research Center of Guangzhou University. It fully records the test process of an 800mm-diameter natural rubber bearing under three ground motion conditions, including core measured values such as displacement time history, restoring force response, frequency-domain error indicators, and hysteretic curves. The test adopts an innovative frequency-domain iterative correction algorithm, which realizes collaborative loading between the numerical substructure (Daxing Airport Terminal model) and the experimental substructure (seismic isolation bearing) via the LabView control system. To ensure test accuracy, a five-times slow displacement control strategy is specially adopted, and the frequency-domain displacement error between substructures is converged to within 2.5% through three iterative calculations. The value of this dataset lies in that it is the first to realize high-precision hybrid tests of large-diameter seismic isolation bearings under bidirectional coupled loads, providing a rare experimental benchmark for constitutive model validation of seismic isolation bearings, digital twin technology development, and design of new isolated structures. The dataset includes two versions: original test acquisition data and iterative correction data, with a total data volume of approximately 110.92 MB, covering both time-domain and frequency-domain verification indicators.
