The Madonna, from a group

This sculpture, originating from the church of Saint Giacomo in Lazzaro alla Tomba, Verona, was sculpted by a master of Sant'Anastasia in the first half of the 14th Century. The work is part of a group of three, depicting The Madonna. The two other sculptures in the group (also available to download from Scan the World) depict Jesus and Saint John, illustrating the scene of Jesus dying on the crucifixion.本件雕塑出自意大利维罗纳拉扎罗阿托姆巴的圣雅各教堂，由14世纪上半叶圣阿纳斯塔西亚学派的雕塑大师创作。该作品为三件一组雕塑群的组成部分，主题为圣母玛利亚。组内其余两件雕塑（同样可从Scan the World平台下载）分别刻画耶稣与圣约翰，完整展现了耶稣被钉十字架受难的场景。
