Diversity of prokaryotes from free living and from different pools of particles

Raw reads come from bulk sea water (sampled with Niksin and Marine snow catchers) and fast sinking particles (sampled with the plate of the marine snow catcher) at 28, 70 , 128 and 500 m

原始测序读段（Raw reads）来源于28 m、70 m、128 m及500 m水深的主体海水与快速沉降颗粒；其中主体海水采用Niksin采水器与海洋雪捕集器（Marine snow catchers）采集，快速沉降颗粒则借助海洋雪捕集器的采样盘完成采集。
