This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing transaction and demand-related data of Sichuan regional customers for silent fans, aiming to understand customers' purchasing power, demand volume and consumption preferences towards silent fans, evaluate the market popularity of the product, and provide references for all enterprises in the industry to formulate production strategies and provide personalized products and services for users. It also helps enterprises gain a better understanding of their customers: high-level enterprises can communicate with customers 1 to 2 times per month, mid-level enterprises 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-level enterprises 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customers' demand for silent fans. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis work. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data using the following formula: P = (a1 / b1 + a2 / b2 + a3 / b3) * k, where a1 represents the minimum single-order quantity, b1 represents the minimum single-order consumption amount, a2 represents the maximum single-order quantity, b2 represents the maximum single-order consumption amount, a3 represents the average single-order quantity, and b3 represents the average single-order consumption amount. Here, k is the consumption coefficient with values varying across regions. According to empirical experience, the k value for Sichuan is 0.7. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three levels based on the calculated demand score: customers with a score above 30 are marked as "high-level", those with a score between 10 and 30 as "mid-level", and those with a score below 10 as "low-level".
