Time 1 (April, 2020) - Time 2 (June, 2020) dataset (October 26, 2020): Demographic, health, and psychological predictors (mindfulness, perceived susceptibility, intolerance of uncertainty) of COVID-19 PPE use, social distancing, psychological distress, and physical symptoms

Data set from 151 MTurk participants who completed measures of demographic characteristics, health, perceived susceptibility, perceived vulnerability, intolerance of uncertainty, mindfulness (five factor mindfulness questionnaire), COVID-19 PPE use, social distancing, post-traumatic stress, psychological distress, and physical symptoms. Data were collected in late April 2020 and late June, 2020.

本数据集来源于151名Amazon Mechanical Turk（MTurk）平台参与者，所有参与者完成了涵盖多维度指标的测评，具体包括人口统计学特征、健康状况、感知易感性、感知脆弱性、不确定性容忍度、正念水平（五因素正念问卷，Five Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire）、COVID-19个人防护装备（Personal Protective Equipment，PPE）使用情况、社交距离行为、创伤后应激症状、心理困扰以及躯体症状。数据采集于2020年4月下旬与2020年6月下旬。
