This project aimed to reveal the microbial community response to biochar amendment in soil. Field sampled soil were incubated in laboratory for 33 days and 200 days, respectively. Soil microbial community structure and functions were linked to the principle driving factors, and linked to the carbon stability of native soil organic carbon and biochar.

本研究旨在揭示土壤生物炭(biochar)施用下的微生物群落响应特征。采集自田间的土壤样品分别在实验室条件下培养33天与200天。研究将土壤微生物群落的结构与功能与核心驱动因子相关联,并进一步关联至原生土壤有机碳与生物炭的碳稳定性。
