Microscopic Marine Invertebrate Microbiomes

Characterising the microbiome composition of the world's smallest animals covering 21 host phyla. Animals were isolated from three habitats (sediment, macroalgae and water) and 5 locations in British Columbia (Canada) and Curacao. Surrounding environmental microbiomes also included.
