本研究采用Smart-seq2技术，对小鼠、鸡及人类的小脑核开展单细胞核RNA测序（single nucleus RNA sequencing）。实验流程如下：先分离获得细胞核，随后通过荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）针对神经元特异性核蛋白（Neuronal Nuclei, NeuN）进行分选。整体实验设计：小鼠、鸡及人类的小脑核样本。
