肿瘤内部细胞异质性（Intra-tumor cellular diversity）在癌症进展、复发及癌症患者的总生存期方面发挥着重要作用。本研究利用单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing，scRNA-seq）对OSCC-GB肿瘤生态系统中的细胞类型与细胞状态异质性进行表征，实验过程中从OSCC-GB患者的原发性肿瘤组织中分离得到单细胞，并使用10x Genomics Chromium平台完成了测序。
