RNA-seq of Aspergillus fumigatus IFM41362 vs IFM41362 mycovirus free strain

To characterize how A. fumigatus responded to AfuCV41362 infection, we performed RNA-seq analyses to compare gene expression between virus-infected and virus-free strains at two distinct time points: just before the start of swelling (4 h after the start of incubation in PDB medium, a stage referred to here as the 4-h swelling stage) and at the hyphal stage (day 6).

为解析烟曲霉（Aspergillus fumigatus，A. fumigatus）对AfuCV41362感染的应答特征，本研究开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，在两个明确的时间点对比病毒感染菌株与无病毒菌株的基因表达差异：其一为菌丝肿胀启动前夕（于马铃薯葡萄糖肉汤（PDB）培养基中孵育4小时，本研究将该阶段定义为4小时肿胀阶段），其二为菌丝生长阶段（孵育第6天）。
