Understanding the genomic diversity and virulence factors of P. aeruginosa isolates from various clinical sources is crucial for developing effective therapeutic strategies. This proposal aims to investigate the comparative analysis of P. aeruginosa isolates using bioinformatics and whole genome sequencing techniques.
