Data for: In-situ measurement of diffusion and surface segregation of W and Ta in bare and W-coated EUROFER97 during thermal annealing

Files with extension ".mpa" contain RBS data treated in paper with counts per channel histograms under [DATA0,1024 ]. Simultaneously acquired PIXE data, not used for the paper, is found under [DATA2,1024 ]. The single file called "3039He_EUROFER2_Wcoated_1045K-timeevol.lst" contains binary list mode data for Fig. 6 in paper. Files with extension ".xnra" contain SIMNRA calculations for Fig. 2, 4 and 5 overlain on collected data. Note smearing of signal near Fe signal edge in experimental spectra. This is partly due to thickness variations in the detector cover foil (see details in paper) and partly due to some effect of light despite the presence of the cover foil.
