Mitogenomes from mixed Arthropoda

The complete mitochondrial genome of several arthropodans was derived from a shallow coverage sequencing of genomic DNA from a pool of eleven different species. Once assembled, complete mt genomes were analyzed for their structure, gene order, and used as phylogenetic markers.本数据集通过对11个不同物种混合的基因组DNA开展浅覆盖度测序，获得了数种节肢动物的完整线粒体基因组。组装完成后，对这些完整线粒体基因组的结构、基因排列顺序进行分析，并将其用作系统发育标记。
