Supporting data for gene family analyses

This repository contains the protein sequences, multiple sequence alignment profiles, inferred gene trees by different substitution models for the 137-rSOG, 273-rSOG, and 2026-RefSOG dataset, respectively.Each SOG dataset folder contains 5 subfolders, i.e., "Protein_Sequences", "Multiple_Sequence_Alignment", "LG_Model", "BIC-best_Model", and "C20_Model".

本仓库分别存储了针对137-rSOG、273-rSOG及2026-RefSOG数据集的蛋白质序列、多序列比对谱（multiple sequence alignment profiles），以及通过不同替换模型推导得到的基因树。每个SOG数据集文件夹均包含5个子文件夹，即"Protein_Sequences"、"Multiple_Sequence_Alignment"、"LG_Model"、"BIC-best_Model"与"C20_Model"。
