A mapping population of 136 F7 recombinant inbred lines was created from the intervarietal cross of 'Nanda2419' x 'Wangshuibai'. The plants were genotyped with SSR primer-pairs, RAPD, and SSLP developed from RFLP probes.

本研究通过‘南农2419’与‘望水白’的品种间杂交，构建了包含136个F7代重组自交系（recombinant inbred lines, RIL）的遗传作图群体。该群体的植株采用由限制性片段长度多态性（Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism, RFLP）探针开发的简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeat, SSR）引物对、随机扩增多态性DNA（Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA, RAPD）以及简单序列长度多态性（Simple Sequence Length Polymorphism, SSLP）标记进行基因分型。
