Staphylococcus epidermidis is a pathogen which infects humans and have been associated with hospital-acquired infections in immunocompromised patients and human medical device-related infections. In this regard, we describe the genome sequence of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis recovered from a COVID-19-positive patient nasopharyngeal swab sample in Brazil.
