This dataset records the regional distribution, investment scale, and completion status of capital construction investment and financial appropriation/loan for forestry management across all regions under the 2000 National Forestry Statistics. The covered indicators include: total planned investment for this year's new fixed assets, of which: state investment; total completed investment this year, of which: completed investment for projects under 5 million yuan, total state investment for such projects, of which: national debt funds, central fiscal special funds for the Natural Forest Protection Project (NFPP), local funds; classified by cost composition: construction and installation works, equipment, tool and instrument purchases, other expenses; classified by usage: afforestation, wood and bamboo logging industry, wood processing and bamboo, rattan, palm, grass products industry, residential buildings, and others; classified by construction nature: of which: new construction, expansion, reconstruction; newly increased fixed assets this year; investment funds allocated to other units this year; total annual sources of funds for financial appropriations and loans this year, surplus funds at the end of the previous year, subtotal of annual fund sources this year, subtotal of state budgetary funds, of which: national debt funds, central fiscal special funds for NFPP, local funds (including provincial-level funds); domestic loans, foreign capital utilization, self-raised funds, total other fund sources (including forestry conservation funds); total various payables this year, of which: project payments, equipment and material payments; building construction area: total floor area under construction this year (including residential buildings), total completed floor area this year (including residential buildings), total completed building value this year (including residential buildings); number of projects: total number of projects under construction this year, of which: number of projects under 5 million yuan, newly started projects this year, number of projects put into operation this year.
