Chip-seq analysis the Irpe cells

We aim to explore the target genes regulated by CRX, MITF-A, NE2E1, and C-MYC in iRPE cells Sampes of FLAG-CRX-iRPE cells, FLAG-MITF-A-iRPE cells, FLAG-NR2E1-iRPE cells, FLAG-C-MYC-iRPE cells were used for ChIP-seq analysis本研究旨在探究诱导性视网膜色素上皮细胞（induced retinal pigment epithelium, iRPE）中受CRX、MITF-A、NR2E1及C-MYC调控的靶基因，并采用FLAG-CRX-iRPE细胞、FLAG-MITF-A-iRPE细胞、FLAG-NR2E1-iRPE细胞及FLAG-C-MYC-iRPE细胞的样本开展染色质免疫沉淀测序（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation sequencing, ChIP-seq）分析。
