This study aimed to obtain the results from self-evaluations of newly appointed medical faculty members of the Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine on Harden and Crosby’s 12 roles of a teacher in 2020 and 2021. Specifically, the responses for 12 roles were compared according to 3 points of view: importance to the program, current competencies, and preferred future competencies.The participants were all 110 newly appointed faculty members of the Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine in 2020 and 2021.

本研究旨在获取2020至2021年间,韩国天主教大学医学院新入职医学教职员工针对哈登与克罗斯比(Harden and Crosby)提出的教师12项角色的自我评估结果。具体而言,研究将从三个维度对12项角色的应答数据开展对比分析:课程项目的重要性、当前履职胜任力,以及未来期望具备的胜任力。本研究的参与者为2020至2021年间韩国天主教大学医学院的全部110名新入职教职员工。
