In this work, the genome of Microcystis aeruginosa PCC 7806, the model strain in the research of hepatotoxin production and bloom-forming cyanobacteria eco-physiology, was updated with SMRT. And complete genome was generated.

本研究针对产肝毒素研究及水华蓝藻生态生理学研究领域的模式菌株——铜绿微囊藻（Microcystis aeruginosa）PCC 7806的基因组，采用单分子实时测序（SMRT）技术完成了更新，并获得了其完整基因组序列。
