Solid state NMR data and TEM images from time-resolved experiments on Abeta40 self-assembly

2D solid state NMR spectra and negative stain TEM images of assemblies formed by the 40-residue amyloid-beta (Abeta40) peptide at 1.5 mM concentration after initiation of the self-assembly process by a rapid pH drop from pH 12 to pH 7.4. NMR spectra are included as unprocessed data in Bruker format and as processed data in nmrPipe format. TEM images are tiff files. README.txt files explain the contents of the individual folders.

本数据集涵盖浓度为1.5 mM的40残基淀粉样β（amyloid-beta, Aβ40）肽，经pH从12快速降至7.4启动自组装过程后所形成聚集体的二维固态核磁共振波谱（2D solid state NMR）与负染透射电子显微镜（negative stain TEM）图像。其中核磁共振波谱同时包含布鲁克（Bruker）格式的未处理原始数据，以及nmrPipe格式的处理后数据；透射电子显微镜图像为TIFF格式文件。各子文件夹的具体内容说明详见配套的README.txt文件。
