Step velocities were measured as the average of acute and obtuse step velocities during Iceland Spar dissolution in natural seawater under Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). 0.04 mg/mL carbonic anhydrase was added to seawater to investigate the effect of the dissolution-promoting enzyme on step retreat velocities.
本实验采用原子力显微镜(Atomic Force Microscope, AFM)对天然海水中冰洲石(Iceland Spar)的溶解过程进行观测,以该过程中锐角台阶速度与钝角台阶速度的平均值作为台阶速度的测量值。向海水中添加0.04 mg/mL的碳酸酐酶(carbonic anhydrase),以探究该促溶解酶对台阶后退速度的影响。
