RNA sequencing of MV4;11 cells harbouring FLT3-ITD mutations

The purpose of the experiment is to investigate whether more co-mutations exists in MV4;11 cells harboring FLT3-ITD/D835 than cells with FLT3-ITD only. We performed RNA-Seq, analyzed mutations and compared cells with or without D835.

本实验旨在探究携带FLT3-ITD/D835突变的MV4;11细胞中，是否较仅携带FLT3-ITD突变的细胞存在更多共突变（co-mutations）。我们进行了RNA测序（RNA-Seq），分析了突变情况，并对比了携带与不携带D835突变的细胞。
