本数据集的实验流程如下：将经绿色荧光蛋白（Green Fluorescent Protein, GFP）转染的生殖细胞肿瘤细胞系（TCam-2、2102EP、JAR、GCT72），与经mCherry转染或深红色（deepred）染色的微环境细胞（HUVEC、JURKAT、THP-1-M2、HVHF2）进行三维共培养72小时，随后通过流式细胞术分选出两个细胞群体，最终对生殖细胞肿瘤细胞系开展单端3' RNA测序。本数据集涵盖上述三维共培养体系中生殖细胞肿瘤细胞系与微环境细胞共培养后的RNA测序数据。
