3 Commercially-available human tissues are sequenced alone and mixed in multiple proportions on two platforms as part of experiments demonstrating that linear models describe the behavior of RNA-seq mixtures, the parameters of the fit which can be used to evaluate the linear response and precision of the sequence measurement.
