3 Commercially-available human tissues are sequenced alone and mixed in multiple proportions on two platforms as part of experiments demonstrating that linear models describe the behavior of RNA-seq mixtures, the parameters of the fit which can be used to evaluate the linear response and precision of the sequence measurement.本实验选取3种商用可得的人类组织，分别进行单独测序，并以多种比例混合后在两个测序平台上开展测序，以此验证线性模型可描述RNA测序（RNA-seq）混合物的行为；拟合得到的参数可用于评估测序测量的线性响应与精度。
