NRS-8083 | Register of [NSW] Government Gazette notices relating to closer settlement purchases

This volume comprises Government Gazette notices relating to estates and/or farms purchased under section 11 of the Closer Settlement Amendment Act of 1914 and section 13, sub-section 2 of the Closer Settlement Amendment Act of 1918. In each case the following details are given: the name of settlement purchase area, date of surrender (if applicable), county, parish, portion, area, title, plan number and the papers which relate to the purchase. The index gives the following details: name of the estate or farm, land district, date of purchase, area purchase, amount paid by the Crown, number of farms for civilians, number of farms for soldiers and the rate per cent of deposit.
