Identification of Pseudomonas water reservoirs in 6 sub locations and a hospital in Kisumu county. 297 samples collected 42 Pseudomonas isolates identified among 42 isolates on Vitek 2. Conducted antimicrobial susceptibility testing for the 42 resultant isolates on Vitek 2.本研究对基苏木县6个次级采样点及1家医院内的假单胞菌（Pseudomonas）水源储库进行鉴定：共收集297份样本，通过Vitek 2系统从样本中鉴定出42株假单胞菌分离株；随后针对这42株所得分离株，采用Vitek 2系统完成抗菌药物敏感性试验。
