随着硅化钼涂层的大力开发和应用,涂层失效时便产生大量的废料。如何快速从基体上剥离MoSi2涂层并从中提取钼就成为了一个重要的回收钼资源的途径。本数据集主要来源于实验过程的观测数据和模拟结果数据,基于扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪,主要记录了了MoSi2涂层废料的形貌、涂层厚度的观测值,以及涂层废料在温度场作用过程中界面组织形貌的变化,界面结合力的测试值,界面裂纹的扩展过程数据,从硅化钼回收三氧化钼的实验过程数据;基于模拟软件Abaqus 获得了材料的裂纹产生过程数据和残余应力分布规律数据,数据量520MB。
With the large-scale development and application of molybdenum disilicide coatings, a large amount of waste is generated when the coatings fail. Rapid stripping of MoSi₂ coatings from the substrate and subsequent extraction of molybdenum therefrom has become an important approach for molybdenum resource recycling. This dataset is primarily sourced from observational data and simulation results obtained through experiments. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD), it mainly records the morphology of MoSi₂ coating waste, measured coating thickness values, the evolution of interfacial microstructure and morphology of the coating waste under a temperature field, measured interfacial bonding strength values, data on interfacial crack propagation, and experimental process data for recovering molybdenum trioxide from molybdenum disilicide. Additionally, data on material crack initiation processes and residual stress distribution patterns, obtained via the simulation software Abaqus, are included, with a total data volume of 520 MB.
