该数据集为不同充放氢工艺下IV型瓶内温度变化数据。采用ANSYS FLUENT软件建立Ⅳ型储氢瓶2D轴对称模型,模拟分析不同充放氢工艺下储氢瓶内温度数据,并通过试验数据验证了模型准确性。在模型模块中选择湍流、传热等模型;在材料库中设置氢气、瓶体参数;在边界条件中设置入口温度、传热系数等参数;在求解模块设置初始条件和计算时间等,并设置保存文件。其中,充氢工艺参数涉及预冷温度、充氢时间、充氢方式、充氢压差这四个工艺参数;放氢工艺参数涉及初始温度、放氢时间、放氢方式、放氢余压这四个工艺参数。得到的数据结果可以用于管束集装箱充放氢工艺规范编制。

This dataset contains temperature variation data inside Type IV hydrogen storage cylinders under different hydrogen charging and discharging processes. The ANSYS FLUENT software was used to establish a 2D axisymmetric model of the Type IV hydrogen storage cylinder. The temperature data inside the cylinder under various hydrogen charging and discharging processes was simulated and analyzed, and the accuracy of the model was verified via experimental data. Models such as turbulence and heat transfer were selected in the model module; parameters of hydrogen and the cylinder body were set in the material library; parameters including inlet temperature and heat transfer coefficient were configured in the boundary condition settings; initial conditions, calculation time and other relevant settings were configured in the solver module, with file saving parameters also set. Specifically, the hydrogen charging process parameters include four key parameters: pre-cooling temperature, charging duration, charging method, and charging pressure difference; the hydrogen discharging process parameters also cover four parameters: initial temperature, discharging duration, discharging method, and residual pressure after discharging. The obtained data results can be used to formulate process specifications for hydrogen charging and discharging of tube bundle containers.
