<b>The effectiveness of deltamethrin, S-bio-allethrin, and piperonyl butoxide 10% in eliminating Aedes in high-risk districts of dengue fever</b> - Underlying Data

This study tested the effectiveness of a DAP mixture in eliminating Aedes mosquitoes in a high-risk dengue fever district. Aedes mosquitoes were found to be susceptible to deltamethrin. DAP was significantly more effective in killing mosquitoes indoors and outdoors compared to 0.5% deltamethrin. The effectiveness of 0.5% deltamethrin was greater indoors than outdoors. In conclusion, DAP effectively eliminated Aedes mosquitoes in both indoor and outdoor environments.本研究在登革热高风险区域内，测试了DAP混合物（DAP）灭杀伊蚊的效果。研究发现伊蚊对溴氰菊酯（deltamethrin）敏感。相较于0.5%溴氰菊酯，DAP混合物在室内与室外环境中的蚊虫灭杀效果均更为显著。0.5%溴氰菊酯的蚊虫灭杀效果在室内优于室外。综上，DAP混合物可在室内外环境中有效灭杀伊蚊。
