Ceratodon purpureus R40 Annotation Transcriptome. Sample originally collected in New York, USA. Homogenized protonema tissue grown in sterile conditions for 7 days on cellophaned standard BCDA media in growth chamber with 18 hr light (at 25 degrees C) and 6 h dark (at 21 degrees C).
