This study has developed new sewage sludge compost using local biomasses and performed microbiome analyses of sewage sludge compost through amplicon sequence and shotgun metagenomic sequence analyses.

本研究采用本地生物质制备了新型污泥堆肥，并通过扩增子序列（amplicon sequence）与鸟枪宏基因组序列（shotgun metagenomic sequence）分析对该污泥堆肥开展了微生物组分析。
