Gut Microbiota of Growing Water buffaloes

The aim of this study was to observe the landscape of the gut microbiota among the feeder buffaloes of Murrah, Nili-Ravi, and Italian (?) Mediterranean Buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) being raised on a operation under the same conditions and thus to explore the potential links between the breeds and the gut miciobiota.本研究旨在观测摩拉（Murrah）、尼里-拉菲（Nili-Ravi）以及意大利（？）地中海水牛（Bubalus bubalis）这三个品种育肥水牛的肠道微生物群分布格局，所有受试水牛均在统一饲养条件下的养殖场中养殖，并旨在探索水牛品种与肠道微生物群之间的潜在关联。
