2021年全球重点区域植被叶面积指数

新发射的Sentinel卫星，在“时-空-谱”分辨率均较传统卫星有很大提升。Sentinel-2 增加了对植被更加敏感的红边波段，可以克服基于传统卫星数据反演LAI受到时间、空间、光谱分辨率的限制问题，全方位提高作物LAI反演精度与频度。产品数据集以季度为单位，包含中国东北、黄淮海、长江中下游地区，以及美国、巴西和阿根廷粮食主产区的农作物、森林和草地。该时序产品有助于进行重点区域作物长势、森林监测等的应急监测。

The newly launched Sentinel satellites feature significantly improved temporal, spatial and spectral resolutions compared to conventional satellites. Sentinel-2 is equipped with additional red-edge bands that exhibit higher sensitivity to vegetation, which addresses the constraints on LAI retrieval using traditional satellite data imposed by their temporal, spatial and spectral limitations, and comprehensively enhances the accuracy and frequency of crop LAI retrieval. This quarterly product dataset covers cropland, forest and grassland in Northeast China, the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River, as well as major grain-producing regions in the United States, Brazil and Argentina. This time-series product supports emergency monitoring of crop growth conditions and forest dynamics in key target areas.
