Organisational cultures and perceptions of reality in enviromental management, 1994

The project aimed at studying how the engagement of public environmental policy would depend on how these policies are interpretated and transformed in a sectoral and regionalized administration. The project has studied variations in understandings and problem interpretation between the different parts of the central and regional environmental administrations and other administration units with responsibility for executing public environmental policy.
