Phase 1: Slip Behavior in Drywall Partition Walls

The slip behavior of two straight drywall partition walls (without return walls) – one with conventional slip-track detailing and the other with telescoping detailing – was examined. These drywall partition walls were tested under a bidirectional loading protocol, which allowed for systematic evaluation of the effect of out of plane drift on the in-plane resistance of the drywall partition walls.本研究针对两道无回返墙的直型石膏板隔墙（drywall partition walls）的滑移性能展开试验分析：其中一道采用常规滑托型材构造（conventional slip-track detailing），另一道采用伸缩式构造（telescoping detailing）。上述石膏板隔墙均采用双向加载制度（bidirectional loading protocol）开展测试，借此可系统评估平面外侧移（out of plane drift）对石膏板隔墙平面内抗力（in-plane resistance）的影响。
